As BraSilQ is an innerwear product, we do not accept returns for refund unless the item is defective or incorrect. All exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. We reserve the right to reject exchanges that don't meet these conditions.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track using the tracking number on the courier's website. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
Yes — cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing the order, before it is dispatched. WhatsApp us immediately at our support number. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled but can be exchanged after delivery.
No problem! Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email with your order number. We'll arrange a free pickup and send you the correct size. Make sure the item is unused, unwashed, and has all tags attached.
From the time we pick up your item to the time your new size arrives, the total exchange process takes approximately 7–10 business days. We'll keep you updated at every step via WhatsApp.
We're so sorry! Please send us a photo of the damaged product on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery. We'll immediately send you a replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Currently we only ship within India. We're working on international shipping and hope to launch it soon. Follow us on Instagram to be the first to know when international orders open!
COD is available at most pincodes across India. You'll see the COD option at checkout if it's available for your area. If COD is not available at your pincode, you can pay via UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking.
