Information we collect
We collect only the email address (and optionally a name) you provide to receive a download or our free resources. Razorpay collects the details needed to process payment; we never see or store your card or UPI details.
Discretion
Nothing is shipped. Your card or UPI statement shows only "BrasilQ" with no product name. Emails come from a neutral sender. We do not post to social media or contact you by phone unless you ask.
How we use it
Your information is used for order delivery and customer support. With your consent, we send occasional emails about new guides and free resources; every email has an unsubscribe link. We never sell or share customer data.

BrasilQ uses only the cookies needed for the site to work and privacy-respecting analytics to count visits. No advertising trackers follow you across other sites.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete your email and purchase records at any time by writing to us. Refund and support requests never require you to explain why you bought a guide.
